The
SL 400 sealer line was developed to perform semi-automatic vacuum sealing
on packages, with the quality and safety featured by every machine made
by MELG.
The market is always in search of equipment that offers quality at a low cost, and that is only one of the advantages to be found in the SL 400 line. The Melg sealers make obtaining final products in cutting edge food packaging possible. The vacuum packages insert your product into a new market niche and allow your products to last longer, thus being transportable over longer distances to new markets. The product is also correctly isolated from the atmosphere, which is not the case for traditional packaging.
Our equipment is extremely simple and functional, and our line includes four (4) different models as far as technical design and production capacities for different package sizes:

The entire SL 400 line is adequate for working with pouch-type packages.
Examples of accepted package sizes: from 50g up to 500g for ground coffee.
Aiming to get better results out of the sealers, we have developed the CP-400 compactor, a package pre-formatting machine that aids in achieving perfection in the work performed by the vacuum sealers. The open packages carrying the appropriate product doses are processed on the formatting tray of this machine, which exerts compacting pressure on the packages, giving them an excellent look, and standardizing their shape.
